Twigo may also collect non-personally identifiable information from you when you use the Software or the Website. It may include Website pages viewed; time spent using Twigo Services, demographic data, cookies, and other information which does not specifically identify any one individual.

In addition to our cookies, we and our vendors and contractors may also use clear gifs, web beacons, and third party cookies to improve the performance of our Website, provide certain features such as advertising, or to anonymously track usage of our Website and the online activity of users. - Indicate which of your contacts is already a Twigo user,
- correctly display the name of each contact as it appears in your address book when a call is received
- Processing your log-ins, messages and calls and enabling the other features of the Twigo Services;

If you are already in the address book of other Twigo Services users they may be informed that you are a Twigo user you so that they can decide whether to connect with you.

Twigo does not sell, rent, trade or otherwise transfer any personal information, log-in information, communications data or communications content to any third party without your express permission (unless it is obliged to do so under applicable laws or by order of the competent authorities) except as set out in this Privacy Policy.

Twigo needs to provide certain information to third parties who assist Twigo in providing elements of the Twigo Services. For example, in order to enable you to access to voice calling services, Twigo may need to provide your mobile number to the provider of such calling services. If any authority lawfully requests Twigo or one of Twigo’s partners to retain and provide personal information, communications content and/or communications or technical data, or permit monitoring or interception, Twigo and/or its partner may comply with that request without being obliged to inform you.

Twigo will retain your information for as long as is necessary to carry out any of the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and comply with applicable legislation, and any applicable orders of regulatory bodies or courts.


If you wish to use Twigo to call a number outside of the Twigo community, you will be asked to create an "Account" by selecting a password, and providing your name and billing information so that your payment be processed. We use the services of third parties to process your payments.

You need to register to use the Twigo Services. By joining you acknowledge you are of legal age, provided true information and are fully authorized to sign on behalf of any group requesting the service.


We will not disclose your personal information outside Twigo and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates without your consent, except as described in this Privacy Policy. Some Twigo Services may be offered in conjunction with another company. In such cases, both Twigo and the other company may receive information collected in conjunction with these co-branded services.
